The 2024 U.S. election ties beautifully into the cosmic forces of the New Era, a concept I have been discussing for years. For those who are new, the New Era is the return of Pluto for the United States and then into the sign of Aquarius. Sometimes called ‘the age of Aquarius,’ it is a symbol of societal change, innovation, and transformation.

The soul of America is firmly on this precipice. Will the United States stay united based on its original constitutional structures or will it rewrite them in a new way? Will the country remain a superpower policing the world or turn inward to heal its wounds?

The next few years push the United States to the brink and we all have a front-row seat to the unfolding of the country’s judgment day.

America’s judgment day coincides with the nation’s 250-year Plutonian return to determine how the nation has lived up to its constitutional promise. Pluto has brought about The New Era for the United States and the world.

The New Era

As of December 21, 2020, a new way of leading was initiated by the cosmos to open the energy of the future for inclusion, freedom, and innovation. This new way enables the softer skills of the feminine to combine with the logical strengths of the masculine. This new way of leading enhances the possibilities of success.

For the United States, blending diplomacy with force, democracy with leadership, powerful positions with laws, and individual rights with institutional laws is an example of the balancing of softer skills with core strengths.

Waves of the New Era

The next handful of years are fraught with chaos and uncertainty to break down the old institutional traditions that no longer work and create new customs and approaches.

2025: Wave of the Disruptors

2025 is fiery and, on the heels of the Inauguration of the 47th President, signifies tangible change. Everything feels novel at this time. The nation is under the influence of the cosmos, so the meaning of the key star dates matters.

Regarding the New Era, 2025 is the Year of Disruption, as structures are going to be dismantled to be rebuilt under the influence of the constitutional promise of equality, freedom, and the individual rights of a life well-lived.

Karmic Destiny

The karmic destiny shift moves from the initiation of the New Era into the experience of the New Era. For the last few years, the karmic destiny was tied to the higher and lower expressions of the masculine and feminine.

The higher expression of the masculine is courageous, bold, and filled with active leadership; while its lower expression is aggressive, angry, and disingenuous in its leadership. The higher expression of the feminine is diplomatic, committed, and in full ownership of its value and the lower expression is needy, fickle, and constantly seeking validation.

Going forward, the karmic destiny of the New Era is its living experience of it, practically and esoterically. The higher expression of the esoteric experience is soulful, caring, and buoyant; while the lower expression is insensitive, escapist, and victimized. The higher expression of the practical experience is embodied, calm, and liberated and the lower expression is critical, anxious, and subjugated.

Both ends of the spectrum are available for the entire year of 2025 and half of the year 2026.

Wakeup Call

Neptune and Saturn move into Aries, sparking a huge wakeup call to remove rose-colored glasses and create practical applications to universal drives. These combined energies are available for the next 3 years, most intensely in 2025.

In March and May, waves of people will awaken to see things clearly and to think and act for themselves. The ability to hide, escape, or fool oneself is much more difficult now than it has been for the last decade.

In the 2nd quarter of 2025, people will suddenly look around and see their world for what it is. If they’re mature and responsible, they’ll have the fortitude to make the changes to live the life they’ve dreamed. If they continue to blame others, they’ll lash out and take their grievances out on others.

Because the fiery energy of Aries is full of action, ambition, and passion. Many changes are on the horizon, individually and collectively.

Massive Change

In July, there’s a lightning bolt of energy, creating shock and awe to open people’s minds and to appreciate different perspectives. This is a jolt for radical change striving for the ideal. The future opens widely, either for the freedom seeker or the revolutionary.

The unexpected, fast-paced energy brings boundless opportunity and innovation but can be disorienting with its frenetic speed. Seeking change without purpose, squandering resources through disorganization, and failure to commit are some of the downsides of this star configuration.

Dismantling structures, moving borders, and shifting modes of transportation are a few of the matters up for modification. United States 2025

Summary:

Referring to the star chart of the United States, its innermost depths are awakened and brought to the surface. Having the courage to uphold the deep-seated principles of independence, freedom of self-expression, and manifesting its dreams is under the magnifying glass. There’s urgency and impatience for pioneering into new realms.

There are multiple pulses for this awakening that push for bravery and diplomacy, force and democracy, and women and men in equal but opposing ways. The key is to appreciate the differing points of view and integrate them, not separate them further.

The power to heal through this awakening requires individual bravery. When people stand up for their rights in powerful, yet non-threatening ways, the nation heals its wounding around inequality and exclusion. Representing both individual and national freedoms is the best path forward.

There are many adjustments for women in the country. Whether they are good or bad depends on your point of view. The future pushes for freedom, originality, and genius when it comes to women’s rights and the independence of their bodies. Unions are on the rise, as is the middle class. Rebuilding the core for equal rights between workers and leaders, women and men, and Democratic and Republican creates powerful energy to revitalize the nation’s standing in the world. Cross-cultural pursuits, international trade, and giving voice to the underprivileged renew normal channels of common ground for the country.

Financial standing is one of the ways healing can happen. Understanding the true value of craftsmanship, lineage, and workers’ rights increases the value creation possible for the nation’s gross domestic product (GDP).

The service industries of housing, food, finance, nursing, and hospitals can change for the better. Careers in financial planning, real estate, holistic health, childcare, and therapy grow in unprecedented ways.

The karmic destiny of the nation is met with dissolution and deception in the middle of the year. The practical methods for workers, service industries, and women’s rights are muted, with people being persuaded positive results aren’t possible. The ideals are pressed with realistic expectations, making solutions seem improbable. The urgency dissipates, mitigating the energy behind these efforts.

Overall, there are supportive energies for positive changes to uphold the promise of the US Constitution.

United States 2026

Summary:

Once again, the pressure on the United States to awaken to its constitutional promise is the overriding energy of the year for the country. Freedom of expression and the inalienable rights of every citizen need to be pursued with valor. When responsibility is accepted with maturity, positive change ensues.

There’s a set-up of star energy known as the magic triangle that provides constructive power for the rights of workers and the middle class. Opening hearts and minds to the plight of the working class also gains attention to better allocate resources and income.

Embracing the marginalized and giving hope for the future of inclusion and equity transforms the way the justice system works. Revamping the entire structure is necessary. No half-measures will do. The question is, Does the country have the bravery for wide-sweeping logical change?

Powerful leadership reorients the world to widen its acceptance of others who are different or formerly alienated. Outsiders find a home in other countries. Borders dissolve with migration due to climate change. These earthly changes allow for the merging of cultures and international connections.

Technology, travel, and communication innovate in new ways. The pace of invention accelerates to a dizzying speed.

Practical Handoff

Summary:

Awakening the soul of the nation is still deep in the minds of its citizens. Brave actions and powerful forces serve to bring about the change needed at all levels of government and its supporting institutions.

The pressure mounts on America’s soul karma of alienation and its inability to achieve the promise of inclusion, freedom, and innovation. Tearing down the obstacles and removing the blocks to heal the nation’s karma involves humanitarian efforts, grassroots campaigns, and local organic measures. Building up across boundaries requires honest leadership willing to be vulnerable to its failings to resolve them.

Revolutionaries are geniuses when they bring about the changes that resolve the needs of the greater good. They become vigilantes when they defy the needs of the whole in the pursuit of their own needs.

There’s the chance to transform the nation completely by taking huge risks to resolve differences, either internal or external.

This star configuration brought about the beginning of the end of World War II with the D-Day Invasion of Normandy in 1944. It overlooked the American Civil War in the 1860s. It was even present in the sky during our nation’s origin point, smiling down on the founding fathers as they put pen to paper and signed the Declaration of Independence.

Changes for the better are supported. However, change for change’s sake is blocked to reorganize your intentions. Being flexible and reducing the urge to control things that are beyond your ability to control are the keys to prioritizing the right structures to implement.

The costs are high because the resulting rewards are also high. The higher the results, the higher the efforts required to bring them to fruition. Summary:

It’s been 4 years without any relief for America wrangling with the constitutional promises of equity, freedom, and inclusion. This year is no different. The intensity continues. In some ways, it amplifies.

There are big shifts to transform leadership to make it more supportive of workers, unions, and the middle class. Leaders are threading the needle to position themselves in strength and bravery while also demonstrating vulnerability and authenticity to embrace empathy and inclusion.

Additionally, there’s intense pressure on America’s leaders to invoke genius solutions to heal the land and deal with climate change. The leaders are grappling with fierce courage that can spark either peaceful forces for change or all-out rebellion. The difference lies in the possibilities available as outcomes. If there are no positive outcomes possible then rebellion wins.

Rebellious aggression and a leaning toward violence are in the air to create equal civil rights regardless of gender, race, or religion. These two big problems appear to have competing priorities, but they both need to be solved.

The Founding Fathers set up the country with intentionality and the stars supported their measures. With America’s Sun in Cancer and its deepest wound in Capricorn, the nation’s karma involves creating value and worth for all of its citizenry while protecting those in need.

The key is for ‘We the People’ to strive for maturity through responsibility and integrity. Healing the national karma involves healing the greed, exclusion, and entitlement it was built upon. Every layer of leadership must shrug off the temptation for its own privilege without forgoing its rightful stature. True leadership is at stake.

The soul of the nation doesn’t require people to give up what they’ve worked for and rightfully earned. This isn’t about the redistribution of wealth, it’s about creating opportunity for those who aren’t able to create it for themselves. These opportunities still require effort and hard work. A few years ago, Pluto began its dramatic 250-year return to the sign of its origin when America was founded. Pluto represents the God of Hell. When Pluto returns to the sign where it began, it comes looking for a fight and wanting answers. This planet brings up the big questions the country was asking when it was founded. Now, Pluto in Aquarius is asking the United States how it has executed its democratic principles.

Pluto in Aquarius begins its 20-year sojourn on November 19th, amid its opposing fight with Mars until April 2025. The US is in for a long drawn-out fight to the finish. In the 2024 election cycle, the US confronts its origins in a never-before and never-again-in-this-lifetime scenario.

Can the stars predict which party comes out on top? Does this fight affect the soul of the nation? What does the future of the U.S. hold after this tense affair?

USA Pluto Return

In February 2022, Pluto in Capricorn at 27° in the stars hits the country’s Pluto near exact at 27.33° on February 21st. That same week, Russia invaded Ukraine, pushing the democratic experience into an ongoing tailspin.

The Western world’s way of life is being attacked by forces yearning for its demise. The United States must question its role internationally, caught between continuing as the ‘world’s policeman’ or foregoing the title for a more isolationist posture. The fight for its place may not continue with open debate but perhaps with violence, threats, and wider conflict.

In part one of this special series on the US election, I wrote, “America’s soul destiny involves stepping into a leadership role on the world stage to build bridges and radiate confidence effectively. It requires finishing old business and avoiding being judgmental, dogmatic, and isolated.

Healing its ‘exile’ or ‘outsider’ energy, utilizing resources responsibly, and resolving the insecurities of its position in the world are required to fulfill the nation’s soul destiny.

Opening to the discomfort of the unknown and embracing complexity to transform like a phoenix is also critical. Rising from the ashes is familiar and America can recover from its recent erosion as a sole superpower. It is also a choice its citizens can decide.”

The results of the 2024 election will be heavily contested. Understanding the souls and political astrology of the nation’s rival political parties determines how the outcome shapes the country’s chance of realizing its mission.

At the time of writing, court decisions across the country rattle the sanctity of the election, slowing down vote counting and disenfranchising the democratic process.

Bringing peace to my readers’ minds is my goal, so looking at each party’s chances during the election process against the star chart of the United States can provide insight into the outcome.

There is no limit to the number of political parties that can contest American elections. Since 1860, however, just two major ones: the Democratic and Republican parties, have captured the presidency.

The outsider candidacy of Donald Trump in 2016 challenged this hierarchy. The Republican Party was wholly transformed and personally rebranded into one individual’s singular likeness. For this analysis, the ‘MAGA’ Party will be analyzed separately.

The ‘MAGA’ Party was created on June 16, 2015, in New York City when Donald Trump announced his candidacy for president. The Republican Party has all but been dismantled, taken over by the ‘MAGA’ party, as Donald Trump has elevated his ilk to the fore of the party at every level – county, state, and national.

Democratic Party Stars

The Democratic Party was born on January 8, 1828, in Portsmouth, NH. It is the world’s oldest political party. Its origins included a platform based on limited government, agrarianism, and workers’ rights.

The Republican Party was born on October 12, 1853 in Exeter, New Hampshire. It began as a radical new idea by a coalition of Northern reformers who opposed the expansion of slavery.

Pisces Neptune in the sky passing the square off at 11° brought trouble in 2021, triggering Uranus in Taurus. Its position, abundance, and practical realities were destabilized. The same star aspect accentuates bold, aggressive moves to put the spotlight on its chosen leader.

In political astrology, Pisces Neptune confuses itself and dissipates its energy. The star aspect doesn’t fortify, galvanize, or otherwise shore up the party’s interests.
